Peer Review Process

EECSI Policies

  • Please avoid submission of papers that are already published or under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • If you having problems uploading papers, please contact us at iaes.eecsi [at] gmail.com
  • Registration fee for papers submission in Batch I is cheaper then Batch II. So, you are encouraged to submit your worthy papers in Batch I.
  • First submitted papers will be first evaluated and have higher chance for possible publication in the EECSI proceeding.
  • Then, first accepted papers will be first promoted to extend for possible publication in some Scopus indexed journals. So, first accepted papers will have higher chance for early publication scheduling in the journals.

Extended Abstracts submission

  • Potential authors are invited to submit their original, unpublished works in extended abstract form to EECSI 2015.
  • Quick link to the online submission system through EDAS. Submitting a paper via EDAS consists of four steps: logging in or creating an account; registering the paper, adding authors and submitting the manuscript file. As alternative (but don’t do double submissions), authors also may submit through EECSI.
  • Authors may extended abstract MAX 2 pages (or directly submit fullpapers 4-6 pages)
  • You may download the Extended summary template as an aid for your formatting. This is only a standard template from the IEEE.
  • Examples of extended abstracts with several acceptable format variations for your reference:
  1. Sample 1 : A very good example
  2. Sample 2: A very good example but with some minor problems
  3. Sample 3: A good example of extended abstract where references are  written in different forms (which is incorrect) and figure is not clear
  4. Sample 4:  A good example of extended abstract where authors don’t try to use the entire 2-page space. You should give as much info as possible for your work so that others can refer to it later.
  • All submitted papers will be reviewed by at least three reviewers and selected based on their originality, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation.
  • The review results will be informed to authors generally within 4-8 weeks, so you should submit your extended abstracts (or your fullpapers) as early as possible

Extended versions of the selected papers

The excellent accepted papers after extension and modification will be published in SCOPUS indexed journals.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.



This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
